AIR FRANCE NOW OFFERS COMPLIMENTARY CHAUFFEUR SERVICES FOR FIRST OR BUSINESS CLASS PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO AND FROM LONDON

Air France passengers flying in l’Espace Première (First Class) or l’Espace Affaires (Business Class) receive complimentary chauffeur service in conjunction with Tristar World Chauffeur Services to and from New York-JFK, London-Heathrow or London-Gatwick, and from London-Heathrow arriving from Los Angeles-LAX. To be eligible, passengers must purchase an Air France ticket in First Class*** or Business Class*** for travel on nonstop flights between: Los Angeles-LAX to London-LHR*, or New York-JFK to London-LHR**, or New York-JFK to London-LGW.**

Complimentary chauffeur services are provided with a pick-up and drop-off range for passengers, depending upon the class of service. L’Espace Première passengers may be driven 70 miles to and from London-LHR, and l’Espace Affaires customers may be driven 50 miles to and from London-LHR, London-LGW and New York-JFK airports.

An exclusive seat that converts into a bed

The new seat in the l´Espace Affaires cabin is more spacious than the previous version. It is also equipped with:
- a massage function to help you relax,
- a footrest for better leg support, regardless of the seat´s position.

This new seat can be converted into a bed that is perfectly shaped to the contours of your body. Its dimensions are designed for relaxation and increased sleeping comfort. The bed is:
- long: 2 meters in length, it is perfectly suited to tall people,
- wide: it stretches from 50.8 to 61 cm thanks to the armrest that automatically lowers when you adjust the seat to bed position,
- flat: because it is practically horizontal, you can stretch out to sleep.

Technology at its finest

This convertible bed-seat has many functionalities including:
- a 10.4-inch interactive video screen This individual screen allows you to choose on demand from a wide selection of recent movies, reports, news programs, video games and a varied musical line up,
- a PC outlet,
- an individual telephone,
- a fiber-optic reading light.

The harmonious design of the l’Espace Affaires cabin was created to give you even more space and tranquility. The beige and blue hues bring calm and serenity and the leather headrests add a note of modernity.

Your seat is equipped with numerous practical and ergonomic storage spaces. These areas are convenient for stowing your personal items (shoes, toiletries case, water bottle, magazines, etc.) during the flight

On medium-haul flights

You have the maximum amount of space. Each row has only 2 wide seats separated by a leather table. All seats are situated on either the window or aisle side.

 

Meals

On long-distance flights, personalized dining is offered with a selection of fine wines and champagne, chosen by one of the world´s foremost sommeliers, Olivier Poussier.

The menu is adapted to the duration of your flight. You have the option of choosing a traditional or express menu.

The table is set with china tableware, stainless steel cutlery and beige linen tablecloth and napkin.

Traditional menu
The menu includes:
- choice of two appetizers,
- choice of three hot main courses, including a chef´s special that is renewed every 10 days,
- bread basket: baguette, rolls, Poilâne bread,
- three-cheese platter,
- dessert cart with individual pastries, sorbet and petit fours.

Express menu
If you prefer to rest, a quick (cold) meal can be served immediately after take-off.

Some l´Espace Affaires flights propose 2 exclusive refreshment bars, offering magazines and a buffet, allowing you to quench your thirst, eat, unwind or chat without disturbing other passengers. Espresso is served upon request.

On medium-distance flights
- Depending on the time of day, your meal may be served with champagne and cold and hot beverages (with or without alcohol).
- Depending on the duration of your flight, an aperitif and a menu are proposed.
