Ready for some simply savory food matched with a variety of new and original beers? Then head down to the East Village on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 as Chef/Owner Damien Brassel of Knife + Fork (108 East 4th Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenue, NYC, NY 10003; 212.228.4885; www.knife-fork-nyc.com) will be creating a 5-course tasting menu, pairing his inventive, modern European fare with Coney Island Lager’s unique selection of “freakishly good†beers.
