Although the main flavor of the meal has been set, a content of each dish is carefully selected and designed daily by our executive chef in order to serve the meal with best quality ingredients in season.

DINNER MENU

Our dinner menu is comprised of three prix-fixe multi course menus, including one vegetarian menu. For those guests who prefer more variety, a custom-ordered menu will allow our guests to choose course items from the two prix-fixe menus and create their own menu while maintaining the total flow of the meal.

Using only fresh seasonal ingredients, and with an eye to preparation Kaiseki ryori, is always a beautiful symphony. The number of courses and its content will be determined by our executive chef daily and presented as a chef’s tasting menu.

We would like our guests to be intrigued by the unknown and to be delighted by the surprises that we expertly prepare.
