Our dinner menu is comprised of three prix-fixe multi course menus, including one vegetarian menu. For those guests who prefer more variety, a custom-ordered menu will allow our guests to choose course items from the two prix-fixe menus and create their own menu while maintaining the total flow of the meal. Using only fresh seasonal ingredients, and with an eye to preparation Kaiseki ryori, is always a beautiful symphony.
