He has reinvented Gus’ Place by recently bringing in the best chef he has ever worked with, acclaimed Greek chef Christos (formerly at Molyvos Milos and Avra Christos combines authentic Greek cooking with innovative flavors, lightness, and texture. Although his new seasonal, regional Greek menus are influenced by his mother and grandmother’s home cooking, his personal inspiration and broader European training bring a fresh approach to traditional Greek cuisine. Christos’ new Greek menus are sustained by the old classics as well as enhanced by various new dishes, including small plates (appetizers for sharing). offering Greek-Mediterranean menus in a warm, rustic taverna. The restaurant also sells a variety of imported Greek food products – honey, coffee, country tea, olive oil, fig jams, wild herbs, and olives.
