The Bubble Lounge is the premier “Champagne Bar” in the
country, serving the world’s largest selection of Champagnes and Sparkling
Wines.  Opened in New York City’s TriBeCa in 1996, it remains a mecca for
connoisseurs and enthusiasts of the “King of Wines”.

The expansive Champagne list includes 300 different labels and 30 by the
glass.  “The Bubble Lounge has certainly succeeded in developing a concept
into a venture highly appreciated by its customers,” says owners
Eric Macaire and Eric Benn. Its raison d’etre is to demystify that
Champagne is just for the elite.  Management has established an accurate
price/quality ratio where wonderful Champagnes can be found at reasonable
prices.  The light menu includes the essential bubbly compliments: Petrossian caviar, foie gras, smoked salmon, pates, imported
cheese platters, sushi and salads.  The delectable dessert menu includes
strawberries with chocolate fondue and crème fraiche and handmade Champagne
chocolate truffles.  There is a full premium bar. Wines are also served.

The ambience is elegant comfort, with velvet couches and candlelight.  The
private Krug Room is a beautiful champagne cellar lounge that is an ideal
space for hosting private events, corporate meetings and holiday parties. 
Live progressive jazz music can be heard on Monday and Tuesday nights and New
York acts, including the sultry Vanessa Trouble, have made the Bubble Lounge one of the hottest spots
in town.  A Wall Street crowd, younger, funkier downtown types and Champagne aficionados can all experience the elegant comfort of this unique establishment.
